Ingredients

2 liters of Pasteurized milk

½ cup of Lemon juice

1 pinch of Salt

Whey

Preparation

Step 1 : Bring the milk to a boil in a pot until it reaches the boiling point.

Step 2 : Add the lemon juice and let the mixture acidify.

Step 3 : Add salt to taste and wait for whey to form in the mixture.

Step 4 : Use a strainer with fine fabric to strain and extract the whey from the cuajada.

Step 5 : Finally, mold the cuajada as preferred by the cook and let it rest in the refrigerator before enjoying.
