Ingredients

1 Chopped onion into small pieces

2 Chopped chiltomas (pepper chiles)

4 Garlic cloves

2 Chopped tomato

½ kilogram of Ground meat

2 cups of Fried rice

1 cup of With water

1 cup of Flour

1 Beaten egg

6 Corn tortillas

¼ Shredded cabbage

¼ cup of Vinegar

½ cup of Onions

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the salad, place the shredded cabbage in a bowl, along with chopped tomatoes, vinegar, chopped onion, salt, and oregano to taste.

Step 2 : In a separate skillet with enough oil, fry the garlic, onions, and chiltomas.

Step 3 : Then add the tomatoes, ground meat, and salt to taste, add the fried rice, stir, turn off the heat, and let it rest.

Step 4 : In a separate bowl, prepare a mixture of flour with water, add the egg, and a pinch of salt.

Step 5 : Place a corn tortilla, fill it with the meat mixture, close it, and pass it through the flour mixture.

Step 6 : Then fry in a skillet with oil until golden brown.

Step 7 : When serving, accompany the tortilla with the prepared salad.
