8 Corn
½ cup of Milk
½ kilogram of Cheese
1 kilogram of Chicken breast
2 Garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of Butter
Cream, guirila, salt, sugar, and cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : The corn should be shucked and ground in a large bowl.
Step 2 : Then, add the milk, salt, and a touch of sugar to taste to form the dough.
Step 3 : The chicken breast is shredded and sautéed with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : Once the dough is ready, pat the guirila, place it on the griddle, and add the chicken and cheese.
