Mixed Ceviche
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Fish
4 Onions
3 Chiltoma
7 Green tomatoes
1 pinch of Salt
3 White sodas
15 Lemons
1 kilogram of Shrimp
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by finely chopping the onions, chiltoma, and green tomatoes.
Step 2 : Then, squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice.
Step 3 : Next, cut the fish into cubes and the shrimp into pieces.
Step 4 : In a container, mix all the ingredients with the lemon juice, salt, and white soda.
Step 5 : Subsequently, refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour before serving.
