Ingredients
1 kilogram of Pork slices
Oregano, ground black pepper, and salt
Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, add enough oil along with the pork slices, adding oregano, ground black pepper, and salt to taste.
Step 2 : Fry until golden brown and crispy.
Step 3 : If the meat releases a lot of fat, it can be removed with a spoon and placed in another container to help the pork brown better.
Step 4 : It can be served with plantains, salad, or pico de gallo.
