Nicaraguan Ripe Plantain Empanada
Ingredients
4 Ripe plantains
1 pound of Grated hard cheese
½ cup of Flour
1 pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Oil

Step 1 : To prepare the plantain empanadas, start by washing and cutting the plantains.
Step 2 : Cook them in a pot for 30 minutes until they are very soft.
Step 3 : Then, remove the shells, let them cool, and mash them with a fork until smooth.
