25 Fresh corn
2 liters of Milk
Cream
Salt and sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the yoltamales, first the corn must be shucked and ground.
Step 2 : Next, add milk, cream, salt, and sugar to taste.
Step 3 : Then, place a little of the mixture obtained in several leaves and cover them well to prevent water from entering.
Step 4 : Arrange the yoltamales in a pot with enough water to not cover them and cook for about an hour and a half.
Step 5 : Once cooked, let them cool and serve them with cream or cheese.
