Ingredients

1 pound of Sweet and sour curd without salt

1 pound of Cream

1 pound of Yellow onion

Black vinegar

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the curd in a bowl and knead it to form small balls.

Step 2 : Bring water to a boil in a pot.

Step 3 : Dip the curd balls into the hot water and stretch them to give an elongated or rounded shape, according to preference.

Step 4 : Put the balls back into the water and remove them after a brief moment.

Step 5 : To prepare the onion, chop it into small cubes and immerse it in boiling water for one minute.

Step 6 : Remove the onion from the water and add black vinegar.

Step 7 : Wrap the quesillo in a tortilla.

Step 8 : Add the prepared onion, salt, and cream to taste.
