8 Corn tortillas

2 cups of Ground beans

2 Bell peppers

2 Chilies

1 Cilantro bunch

3 Garlic cloves

1 Onion

Sweet or grated panela

Lard

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, place lard to taste and add chopped onion, bell peppers, chilies, and garlic, stirring well.

Step 2 : After a minute, add the ground beans and mix everything over low heat.

Step 3 : On a table, place a flattened tortilla and distribute the bean sauté to taste.

Step 4 : Onto the tortilla, add cilantro to taste and options like sweet or grated panela.

Step 5 : Cover with another flattened tortilla top.
