Ingredients

50 Green bananas

10 pounds of Yucca

1 Banana leaf roll

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : First, the peels of the banana and yucca must be removed.

Step 2 : Subsequently, they are wrapped in banana leaves.

Step 3 : Then, a hole must be dug in the ground and covered with guineo leaves to bury the bananas and yucca in the soil, making sure they are well covered with the leaves.

Step 4 : It is essential that this burial is maintained for a period of 3 months.

Step 5 : Once that time has passed, the bananas and yucca must be taken out and left outdoors to release gases.
