Ingredients

2 pounds of Yuca (root)

4 Medium bell peppers

2 Large onions

5 Large eggs

1 liter of Oil

1 teaspoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by washing the yuca, bell pepper, and onion with plenty of water.

Step 2 : Next, place the yuca in a pot with enough water and salt to cook it.

Step 3 : Once the yuca is cooked, make a puree and mash it with a fork until it reaches a uniform consistency.

Step 4 : Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, mix with the yuca dough, and add salt to taste.

Step 5 : In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, form cakes with the yuca dough, and dip them in the beaten egg.

Step 6 : Finally, fry the cakes in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.
