Ingredients
½ kilogram of Rice
6 cups of Water
½ liter of Milk
1 can of Condensed milk
Cloves
Sweet pepper
Cinnamon
Sugar
Lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, put 6 cups of water with cloves, sweet pepper, cinnamon, and sugar, to taste.
Step 2 : Bring to a boil and then add the cup of rice.
Step 3 : Once the rice is soft, add the milk and condensed milk.
Step 4 : Let it cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Step 5 : The rice pudding can be served with a touch of cinnamon or lemon zest.
