Ingredients

1 ½ cup of Crema de leche

½ cup of Azúcar glas

1 teaspoon of Esencia de vainilla

1 teaspoon of Gelatina neutra

4 tablespoons of Agua

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by heating the water for about 20 seconds.

Step 2 : Then add the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, letting it cool.

Step 3 : The gelatin will act as a stabilizer to obtain a firm and perfect chantilly cream.

Step 4 : While the gelatin cools, pour the cream into a metal or glass bowl and whisk at medium speed until it acquires consistency.

Step 5 : Once it starts to thicken, add the vanilla essence.

Step 6 : Subsequently, add the powdered sugar in two parts and continue whisking.

Step 7 : Pour the gelatin slowly over the cream mixture, increasing the speed of the mixer.

Step 8 : Continue whisking until grooves start to form in the mixture, at which point it should be whisked for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 9 : When the grooves are more pronounced, stop the mixer, indicating that the cream is ready.

Step 10 : The chantilly cream is ready to be used as a filling in desserts, mixed with fruits, or for decoration.
