Chiricaya
Ingredients
700 milliliters of Milk
½ pound of Sugar
½ cup of Condensed milk or dulce de leche
½ teaspoon of Nutmeg
½ Cinnamon powder
3 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Red wine
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, bring the 500 ml of milk to a boil with the nutmeg, cinnamon, and sugar.
Step 2 : Cook over medium heat until boiling, then remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 3 : Strain the mixture and add the red wine, vanilla, and beaten eggs, mixing well with a hand whisk.
Step 4 : Incorporate the condensed milk or dulce de leche and beat again.
Step 5 : Pour the preparation into individual molds and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes, in a water bath.
Step 6 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
