Ingredients

1 pound of Butter

2 pounds of Sugar

3 Eggs

1 pound of Sifted flour

3 tablespoons of Baking powder

3 tablespoons of Cornstarch

2 tablespoons of Vanilla extract

2 pounds of Chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, mix the butter and sugar well in a container.

Step 2 : Preheat the oven to 280°C.

Step 3 : Next, add the eggs and continue beating until well combined.

Step 4 : Then, add the sifted flour with the baking powder and cornstarch, along with the vanilla extract, mixing until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Step 5 : Lastly, add the chocolate chips and mix them into the dough with a spoon, spatula, or hands.

Step 6 : The dough can be refrigerated for 20 minutes and then kneaded for 3 minutes upon removal, to give it a firmer consistency.

Step 7 : Shape the dough into round cookies or into the preferred shape and place them on the baking tray, leaving some space between each cookie.

Step 8 : Place in the oven and bake the chocolate chip cookies for 25 minutes.

Step 9 : Once ready, they will be ready to enjoy.
