Churros Nicas
Ingredients
1 Cornmeal
1 pinch of Salt
Enough oil
6 tablespoons of Water
½ cup of Rapadura sweetener
Cinnamon stick
Lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the Churros Nicas with rapadura sweetener and cinnamon, first add salt to the cornmeal and form the churros.
Step 2 : Then, they must be fried in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 3 : While the churros are frying, prepare the syrup in another pot.
Step 4 : Mix water, rapadura sweetener, cinnamon, and lemon juice in the pot and heat until everything is well integrated and melted.
Step 5 : Once the churros are ready, dip them in the hot syrup, making sure they are well coated.
Step 6 : Then, let them drain to remove excess syrup and serve to enjoy.
