Ingredients

5 Bananas

2 cups of Coyolitos

2 cups of Sugar

Cinnamon

1 cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : The bananas are well ground and set aside.

Step 2 : Then, peel the coyolitos and soak them in water.

Step 3 : Rub them with your hands or a grinder and place them in a pot with sugar, bringing to a boil.

Step 4 : Stir constantly until it reaches a honey-like consistency.

Step 5 : Add the ground banana and cinnamon, continue stirring to prevent sticking, until it reaches a thick consistency indicating it's done.

Step 6 : Allow the mixture to cool and proceed to shape it into balls, placing a coyolito in the center.
