30 Cojotes

½ cup of Rice

1 ½ cup of Milk

1 Small onion

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 cup of Panela

½ cup of Sugar

Step 2 : Then, grind the cojotes with pepper and cinnamon, and strain with the help of milk.

Step 3 : Next, fry the onion and add the cojotes, panela, and sugar.

Step 4 : Add the rice and boil until a smooth consistency similar to cajeta is obtained.
