Dulce de coyolito
Ingredients
Cinnamon sticks
2 ½ cups of Water
½ cup of Sugar
250 grams of Coyolitos
1 cup of Coyolito extract
1 ½ cup of Sugar
Cinnamon sticks
4 Ripe bananas, blended
Salt and sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the water with the cinnamon, sugar, and coyolitos.
Step 2 : Let it boil for several minutes, reduce the heat and turn it off.
Step 3 : Then, blend the bananas in a food processor.
Step 4 : Separately, in another pot, place the coyolito extract, sugar, cinnamon sticks, the bananas, and a pinch of salt.
Step 5 : Stir, and when it boils, reduce the heat to moderate and continue stirring for 2 hours.
Step 6 : Let it cool and form balls.
