Egg Whites Meringue

2 pounds of Sugar
4 Egg whites
½ tablespoon of Vanilla
Food coloring

Step 2 : Once it reaches the desired point, remove from heat.
Step 3 : In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, which takes about 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Gradually incorporate the syrup into the egg whites while continuously beating.
