Ingredients

1 cup of Brown sugar

4 Eggs

1 can of Condensed milk

1 can of Evaporated milk

2 tablespoons of Vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan over low heat, place the sugar and heat until it turns golden.

Step 2 : Maintain low temperature to prevent the caramel from burning.

Step 3 : Once ready, pour the caramel into the bottom of a round baking dish and set aside.

Step 4 : Blend the remaining ingredients for 2 minutes and then pour over the mold with the caramel already in it.

Step 5 : The next step is to place the mold with the mixture inside another dish with water, creating a water bath.

Step 6 : Then bake at 180°C for approximately one hour or until the mixture is firm.

Step 7 : Once cooked, remove the mold from the oven and let it cool to room temperature for 30 minutes or until cool.

Step 8 : Refrigerate for 1 hour before unmolding, which will make the process easier and give the dessert more firmness.
