Ingredients
36 Ripe jocotes
4 pounds of Sugar
½ Stick of butter
1 liter of Milk
¼ Cream
Preparation
Step 1 : Remove the 'pinzotes' or roots of the jocotes.
Step 2 : Thoroughly wash the jocotes and boil them in water.
Step 3 : Once boiled, drain them.
Step 4 : Mash them to extract the seed and cook them with sugar, milk, butter, and cream until you achieve a creamy mixture.
Step 5 : Finally, serve with powdered cinnamon.
