Ingredients

2 pounds of Sugar

1 pound of Butter

½ liter of Water

2 liters of Water

1 tablespoon of Vanilla

Plastic bag or cellophane

Preparation

Step 1 : When placing the sugar on the fire, ½ liter of water should be added for dissolving.

Step 2 : Once the sugar has completely dissolved, add the milk and constantly mix using a wooden spatula.

Step 3 : Subsequently, add the butter and move the mixture until it reaches a creamy consistency, then add the vanilla.

Step 4 : Finally, pour the cream onto a clean counter, wait 5 minutes to cut it and package the portions of leche burra.
