Motajatol

Ingredients

2 Pineapples

2 Bundles of sweet

4 Cinnamon sticks

3 liters of Milk

10 Cloves

1 pound of Rice

2 Mashed bananas

1 tablespoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Remove the seeds from the pineapples, wash them well, and halve them.

Step 2 : In a pot, place the bundle of sweet, cloves, cinnamon, and pineapples.

Step 3 : Leave on the heat until it boils very well and acquires the consistency of syrup.

Step 4 : Soak the rice overnight, strain it through a very fine colander, and blend it with 1 liter of milk, the chopped bananas, and cinnamon stick.

Step 5 : Strain the mixture.

Step 6 : To the pineapples in syrup, add 2 liters of milk, then add the blended rice.

Step 7 : Let it cook over low heat and stir continuously for 45 minutes until it has the consistency of rice pudding.
