2 cups of Water
2 pounds of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Red food coloring
Lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, add some water and sugar, let it boil for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 2 : Add the red food coloring and lemon juice, continue boiling until it acquires a honey-like consistency.
Step 3 : Next, pour the syrup into an aluminum tray and, once it is manageable enough, place about 4 nancites and wrap them with the same syrup.
Step 4 : Let them cool at room temperature.
