Ingredients

1 Stick of butter

4 Eggs

4 Fresh corn

¾ cup of Brown sugar

1 tablespoon of Vanilla

½ cup of Cow milk

1 pinch of Salt

2 tablespoons of Baking powder

Preparation

Step 1 : The first step is to shell the corn and melt the butter.

Step 2 : Then, in a blender, mix the eggs, shelled corn, melted butter, salt, vanilla, sugar, baking powder, and milk until a homogeneous paste is obtained.

Step 3 : Subsequently, pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at 150 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
