Ingredients

1 Fresh not too salty cuajada

2 Bars of butter

3 cups of Milk

½ pound of Sugar

1 Baking powder

Grated cinnamon powder

5 Eggs

2 pounds of Corn dough

Preparation

Step 1 : Beat the eggs in a large bowl until smooth.

Step 2 : Then add the corn dough and butter, mixing until creamy.

Step 3 : Next, incorporate the grated cinnamon, crumbled cuajada, and baking powder, beating the mixture well.

Step 4 : Pour the mixture into a clean and dry mold, and bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C.

Step 5 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool before enjoying this delicious Nicaraguan cornbread.
