Tiramisu, an emblematic dessert from Italy, delights us with its smooth combination of coffee, cream cheese, and chocolate. An adapted version that conquers palates in Nicaragua. A recipe that invites you to enjoy the sweetness and flavor in every bite.
To prepare the Tiramisu, it is important to carefully mix the coffee with the coffee liqueur.
Then, the cream must be beaten until it doubles in volume and the remaining ingredients must be added gently.
When layering in the mold, it is essential to dip the cookies in the coffee mixture to achieve a perfectly balanced flavor.
Tiramisu
Ingredients
1 cup of Prepared coffee
¼ cup of Coffee liqueur
1 cup of Whipping cream
½ cup of White sugar
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
1 cup of Cream cheese
¼ cup of Water
1 Unflavored gelatin packet
8 Melted chocolate bars
20 Vanilla cookies
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the coffee with the coffee liqueur, reserving the mixture.
Step 2 : Whip the cream until it doubles in volume.
Step 3 : Then, add the sugar, vanilla, cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons of the previously prepared coffee mixture.
Step 4 : Dissolve the gelatin in water, add it to the mixture and stir, reserving the preparation.
Step 5 : Dip the cookies in the coffee mixture and place them on a tray.
Step 6 : In a glass mold, place a layer of the prepared cream, followed by a layer of soaked cookies and a layer of melted chocolate.
Step 7 : Repeat this process until the entire mold is covered.
Step 8 : Finally, refrigerate the layers in the mold for 2 hours, serve, and enjoy the dessert.
