1 ½ cup of Warm milk

3 teaspoons of Sugar

2 Eggs

6 Slices of bread

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a container, mix the warm milk with 3 teaspoons of sugar.

Step 2 : Then beat the eggs until well blended.

Step 3 : Next, dip each piece of bread first in the sugary milk and then in the beaten egg, repeating the process with all the bread slices until well soaked.

Step 4 : Subsequently, fry the torrejas in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5 : It is important to drain them on absorbent paper and coat them in sugar and ground cinnamon.
