Traditional Tres Leches
Ingredients
1 cup of Soft flour
1 cup of Sugar
8 Eggs
7 tablespoons of Vanilla
315 grams of Evaporated milk
375 grams of Condensed milk
2 liters of Whipping cream
Strawberries

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious cake, start by sifting the flour.
Step 2 : Next, beat the eggs with the sugar for 20 minutes.
Step 3 : Add the eggs one by one along with the vanilla essence.
Step 4 : Incorporate the flour gently.
Step 5 : Then, grease the pan well and pour the batter into it.
Step 6 : Bake at 280°C for 20 minutes.
Step 7 : To check if it's done, you can insert a toothpick into the cake.
Step 8 : Once baked, pierce the cake with a fork or toothpick all over the surface.
Step 9 : This will help the three milk mixture to penetrate better.
Step 10 : Pour the milks evenly over the cake to soak completely.
