Corn Chicha
Ingredients
1 kilogram of White corn
2 liters of Water
½ kilogram of Sugar
Cinnamon
Strawberry or raspberry essence
Milk
Preparation
Step 1 : The corn is thoroughly washed and soaked in water overnight.
Step 2 : The next day, drain the water and take it to the mill to crush the grain coarsely.
