Fresco de semilla de jícaro
Ingredients
120 grams of Rinsed rice
Water
½ pound of Clean and washed jícaro seeds
Cinnamon sticks
6 liters of Milk
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dessert, place the previously washed rice in a bowl and cover it with water, letting it soak.
Step 2 : On the other hand, lightly toast the previously washed and drained jícaro seeds in a pan, stirring constantly.
Step 3 : After 5 minutes, remove from the heat and let it cool in a container.
Step 4 : Remove excess water from the rice and place it over the jícaro seeds, mix well, and add chopped cinnamon sticks, mixing again.
Step 5 : Then blend the entire mixture in a blender and in a bowl mix it with milk, stirring until the paste is integrated.
Step 6 : Flavor with vanilla to taste and sweeten.
Step 7 : Finally, serve with ice cubes and enjoy this comforting dessert.
