Fruit Pineapple Atolillo
Ingredients
1 pound of Clean pineapple fruit
1 pound of Cooked corn
2 pounds of Sugar
Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the pineapple, first cut the ripe, washed fruits.
Step 2 : Then, cook them in a large pot for approximately 35 minutes.
Step 3 : Once cooked, peel and mash the fruits.
Step 4 : Next, strain and blend the juice with the cooked corn dough.
Step 5 : Then, bring the mixture back to a boil.
Step 6 : Once ready, add sugar and vanilla to taste.
Step 7 : Finally, let it cool and serve.
