Ingredients

1 cup of Water

Grated rapadura sweet

1 cup of Grated coconut

60 grams of Peeled chopped ginger

¼ cup of Rice

5 Cloves

½ cup of Sugar

2 cups of Water

Cinnamon sticks

Sugar

Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1 : In a blender, combine water with grated rapadura sweet, grated coconut, peeled chopped ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and rice, and blend.

Step 2 : Then, strain the mixture with a cloth strainer and add the 2 1/2 liters of water, vanilla, and sugar to taste.
