1 liter of Whole milk

12 Eggs

½ pound of Sugar

6 Cinnamon sticks

¼ liter of Liquor

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, the milk is heated over low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2 : In a separate bowl, the eggs are beaten and added to the hot milk, continuing with constant mixing.

Step 3 : Cinnamon sticks and sugar are added, and stirring continues until well incorporated.

Step 4 : The chosen liquor is added and stirring continues for a few more minutes.

Step 5 : When all the ingredients are well integrated, remove from heat and serve hot in individual cups.
