Peels and core of a pineapple
¾ pound of Sugarcane or brown sugar
Cinnamon
Sweet pepper
Clove
Anise
12 cups of Water

Step 1 : To prepare the pineapple chicha, first wash the peels and core of an organic pineapple very well.
Step 2 : Then, put all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
