Pineapple Fruit Atolillo
Ingredients
1 pound of Cleaned pineapple fruit
1 pound of Boiled corn
2 pounds of Sugar
Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the pineapple, first, the ripe and washed fruits should be cut.
Step 2 : Then, they are boiled in a large pot for approximately 35 minutes.
Step 3 : Once cooked, peel and knead them.
Step 4 : Next, strain and beat the juice with boiled corn dough.
Step 5 : Subsequently, boil the mixture again.
Step 6 : Once ready, add sugar and vanilla to taste.
Step 7 : Finally, let it cool and serve.
