40 grams of Chiapa pepper
30 Cloves
Cinnamon sticks

Preparation
Step 1 : The first step is to toast the white corn on a comal, making sure to stir constantly to prevent burning.
Step 2 : Next, toast the cacao in a small skillet, paying attention to avoid burning it.
Step 3 : After toasting both ingredients, let them rest for 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, peel the cacao by applying pressure on the seeds to remove the shell.
