1 pound of Ground pumpkin seeds

2 pounds of Sugar

3 liters of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : The first step is to remove the pumpkin seeds and wash them properly.

Step 2 : Next, they should be placed in the sun to dry.

Step 3 : Once dry, they are crushed or ground in a food processor.

Step 4 : Then, place them in a pot with 3 liters of water and boil the mixture with cloves and sugar for 25 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 5 : Afterward, strain the preparation.

Step 6 : Finally, add ice to taste to each served glass.
