Rice and Pineapple Drink
Ingredients
1 Pineapple
4 cups of Water
½ cup of White rice
5 Cloves
Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing pineapple and rice drink, start by peeling the pineapple and washing the peels.
Step 2 : Next, place a pot with 4 cups of water on the stove and add the pineapple peels.
Step 3 : Once the water is boiling, add ½ cup of rice and 5 cloves, mixing well.
Step 4 : Let it boil for about 20 minutes.
Step 5 : Then, take a bit of the now cold mixture and place it in a blender to blend.
Step 6 : Strain the mixture with a cloth strainer, adding sugar to taste for sweetness.
Step 7 : Finally, you can serve the drink with ice to enjoy it nice and cold.
