Traditional Corn Chicha
Ingredients
2 pounds of Corn
Panela or raspadura
Vanilla and cinnamon
3 liters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : First, cook the peeled corn in 3 liters of water with the cinnamon stick for 3 hours.
Step 2 : Next, grind the corn and add the panela, kneading the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Once the dough is cooled, blend it with the milk and vanilla.
Step 4 : Finally, serve it very cold with ice.
