Ingredients

1 pound of Corn

Water

1 pound of Sugar

Vegetable Red Colorant

½ cup of Raspberry Essence

½ cup of Vanilla Essence

Preparation

Step 1 : First, rinse the corn thoroughly and soak it in water for approximately 10 hours.

Step 2 : Then, take the corn to the mill and grind it coarsely.

Step 3 : Next, cook the corn in a large pot over low heat for 3 hours or until it thickens.

Step 4 : Once ready, allow it to cool and add the colorant, vanilla, and raspberry essence.

Step 5 : Finally, once the Corn Chicha is cold, it can be enjoyed by the family.
