Ingredients
1 pound of Wheat
Clove
Cinnamon stick
1 ½ liter of Water
3 liters of Milk
Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot with water, place the wheat and cloves, and let it boil for an hour and twenty minutes.
Step 2 : Then, transfer the wheat to the blender along with water and cinnamon pieces, and blend until you get a thick mixture.
Step 3 : Next, strain the mixture using a fine cloth or colander.
Step 4 : In another pot, mix the milk with the wheat preparation, and add sugar, salt, and vanilla to taste.
Step 5 : Bring to a boil for a few minutes.
