Ingredients

1 pound of Shredded meat

1 Shredded chicken

1 pound of Fried pork ribs

Fried blood pudding (morcilla)

Fried green and ripe plantain slices

Grated cheese

Cheese in cubes

Cream

Green and red sauce

Gallo pinto (rice and beans)

Preparation

Step 1 : The meat and chicken should be prepared with a sauce made from tomato sauce, chiltoma, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and chicken or beef broth, all blended in a blender before being added to the meat previously sautéed for about 1 hour.

Step 2 : Regarding the sauces, the red sauce is made with red tomato, and the green sauce with green tomato, both with chopped onion, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 : You can add chili to the red sauce if desired, and both sauces are prepared separately.

Step 4 : This dish is served with fritanga, which includes roasted beef, pork, or chicken along with the traditional gallo pinto, Creole salad (cabbage, chopped tomato, vinegar or lemon), fried plantain slices, and fried cheese.

Step 5 : Everything is served on a mirasol leaf and accompanied by tortillas.
