Ingredients

½ kilogram of Beef

2 Onions

4 Garlic cloves

2 Chiltoma (bell pepper)

4 Tomatoes

1 Egg

1 Cilantro branch

Pork lard

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with enough water and salt, cook the beef in chunks until it is tender and then shred it.

Step 2 : In a separate skillet, heat enough pork lard and sauté the beef with chiltomas, garlic, onions, tomatoes, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 3 : Stir and add the egg until the meat is toasted.
