Pork Feet

Ingredients

1 Medium onion sliced

1 Chiltoma sliced into rings

4 Cloves of garlic minced

1 Chayote chopped

8 Pieces of pre-cooked pork feet

2 cups of Broth

2 Grated and strained tomatoes

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

2 tablespoons of Blended and strained rice

Sour orange juice

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pre-greased pot, place the onion, chiltoma, minced garlic, peeled and chopped chayote, pieces of pork feet, and the cooking broth from the pork feet.

Step 2 : Then cover the pot and let it cook for a few minutes.

Step 3 : When the chayote is al dente, add the grated and strained tomato, pepper, cumin, sour orange juice, and adjust with salt to taste.

Step 4 : Gradually add 2 tablespoons of blended and strained rice, and cook for another 2 minutes.
