Ingredients

1 Large pumpkin

1 pound of Corn dough

250 milliliters of Oil

2 Large onions

2 Large chiltomas

½ pound of Butter or cream

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the pumpkin, onion, and chiltoma with water.

Step 2 : Cut the pumpkin into small pieces in the shape of cubes, while finely chopping the onion and chiltoma into small cubes.

Step 3 : In a pot, boil the pumpkin with ½ liter of water.

Step 4 : Once cooked, add a little corn dough and some oil.

Step 5 : Then add the chopped onion and chiltoma to the pot along with a bit of butter or cream for sautéing.

Step 6 : Let it cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.

Step 7 : Serve hot.
