Add the chilote, carrot, potato, and chiltoma, adjust the seasoning with salt, cover, and cook for a few more minutes.

1 Chopped onion

5 Peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 ½ pound of Ground beef
¼ cup of Broth
2 tablespoons of English sauce
Sour orange juice
2 tablespoons of Brown sugar
Ground pepper
4 Sliced chilote peppers
1 Diced carrot
1 Large diced potato
2 Chiltoma peppers, chopped
Achiote
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion in hot oil; once nearly transparent, add the chopped garlic.
Step 2 : Then add the tomato and let cook for a few minutes.
Step 3 : Add the beef and mix with the sauté, incorporating the English sauce, sour orange juice, pepper, and stir.
Step 4 : Subsequently, add the chilote, carrot, and potato, mixing well.
Step 5 : Finally, add the chiltoma and adjust the seasoning with salt, cover, and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 6 : The stuffed ground beef is ready to serve, accompanied by rice.
