In a pot with water and salt, cook the pork and chicken breast until tender.

In a skillet, cook the mixture of tomato, Worcestershire sauce, raisins, mustard, and a pinch of sugar for 15 minutes.

Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken meat, chopped pork, bread soaked in milk, and the cooked marinade.

Set aside the mixture.

1 pound of Chicken breast

1 Whole hen

½ liter of Milk

4 Bread slices

1 Tomato sauce

½ liter of White wine

Mustard

Ground garlic

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with water and salt, place the pork and chicken to cook for 1 hour until tender.

Step 2 : In a skillet with a tablespoon of oil, cook the mixture of tomato, Worcestershire sauce, raisins, mustard, and a pinch of sugar for 15 minutes.

Step 3 : Set aside this mixture.

Step 4 : In a large bowl, shred the chicken and finely chop the pork.

Step 5 : Mix with bread soaked in milk and add the previously prepared cooked marinade.

Step 6 : Set aside the mixture.

Step 7 : Wash the hen thoroughly, stuff it with the prepared mixture, and place it in a greased baking dish with butter.

Step 8 : Add the finely chopped vegetables, pork and chicken broth, brush the hen with wine, and bake for 2 hours.
