1 pound of Yucca
1 pound of Pork cracklings
1 Cabbage
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion

Preparation
Step 1 : The yucca is cooked in salted water, and once cooked, it is sliced lengthwise.
Step 2 : Next, the cabbage is chopped and soaked in water with salt.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, the tomatoes are sliced and mixed with the cabbage.
Step 4 : Onion, vinegar, and salt are added to the salad.
